Goals & measurement

Define what counts as success, and check that ABlyft actually measures it.

A goal tells ABlyft what counts as success in an experiment: a visited page, a click, a sign-up or a purchase with a value. Without a goal, an experiment collects participants but has nothing to compare. This section shows you how to create goals, which goal type to pick, and how to check that events really arrive before you rely on the results.

Goals are defined once per project and can be reused in many experiments. To see how goals are turned into numbers, read Metrics.
